  • Phil Redwood CEO - Director & Founder

    Phil founded Fusion Insight & Strategy after identifying a need for custom-designed approaches to research which provide both meaningful insight and actionable recommendations.

    His 20+ years of experience working within senior marketing and research roles for organisations including CMP Media, EMAP and Compaq has honed his abilities to view the practical and commercial implications often prompted by tailored research.

  • Craig Bain Online Director

    In his current role as Online Director Craig is responsible for providing technical leadership, development of new services and managing the scripting team to complete online fieldwork on time and within budget.

    Craig has been at the forefront of developing Fusion’s survey capabilities including: the mobile experience (live adaptation for mobiles and tablets), offline interviewing using an iPad survey app, unblockable website popup surveys and survey styling to mirror client branding.

    Craig has 13 years of experience in market research having joined Fusion in 2007. Prior to joining Fusion he worked as both a Senior Data Analyst for TNS Australia and a CAWI executive for TNS London.

  • Matthew Mann Research Manager

    After developing a taste for market research as a summer intern at Synovate (now part of Ipsos) and a six-month detour travelling around South America, Matthew joined Fusion at the beginning of 2011 progressing from a Research Executive to Research Manager.

    Experienced across both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and the whole research cycle, Matthew works with clients, across multiple industry sectors, to design bespoke research programmes that succinctly answer their business and wider strategic objectives.
